Smoothies and Juices that include familiar fruits & vegetables with an addition of a superfood ingredient. For instance, our Caribbean Passion Smoothie is a blend of Pineapples, Mango, Coconut Milk and Sea Moss (aka Irish Moss) as the superfood ingredient.
Our menu includes Smoothies, Juices, Health Shots and please ask about our Detox Cleanses. We now offer plant-based (vegan) food options including our Soul Bowl and Wildin' Out Tacos! All of our product offerings are produced in-house at our brick & mortar location and we only use fresh, quality ingredients, with no unnatural additives or sugar added.

The daily recommended consumption of fruits & vegetables is 5-9 servings and smoothies & juices are an effortless way to attain this goal.
Juicing is when the fruit and/or vegetable is shredded, then pressed in a juicer to separate the liquid or juice from the pulp. The result is a nutrient dense drink that contains a high level of vitamins and minerals, though low in fiber. Blending utilizes the entire fruit and/or vegetable when placed in a blender, which retains the fiber and produces a fuller feeling & improves your digestion. You can also add other supplements such as protein powders, chia seeds, maca powder, hemp seeds, moringa powder, pumpkin seeds, oats, black seed oil & spirulina to boost the level of health benefits to your smoothie.
